Home Health Aides (HHA)
Home care aims to make it possible for people to remain at home rather than use residential, long-term, or institutional-based nursing care. Our certified Home Health Aides (HHA) work under the direct supervision of our Registered Nurses to assist with daily living activities. Since our HHA’s play such an important role in benefiting the quality of life of our patients, we only look to hire responsible, compassionate and caring employees with a true desire to help individuals in need.
Our HHAs provide routine care to our patients, such as changing bandages, dressing wounds, and applying topical medications to the elderly or persons with disabilities in the comfort of their home. Our aides are trained to monitor and report changes in health status to our nurses, helping detect any potential issues as early as possible. The Home Health Aides may also provide important personal care to our patients such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Our Home Health Aides and Personal Care Specialists travel around the Philadelphia area helping the elderly and people with medical necessities perform their daily tasks. Our HHAs travel to Bucks County and Montgomery County as well!
