If you, or someone you know, needs help getting back on their feet after an illness or injury caused by an accident or natural disaster, Forever Young Home Health Care Agency is here to help. Through extensive in-home occupational therapy, we strive to help you through the painful process of having to relearn your own body again. This process takes a lot of skill, determination, discipline and encouragement.
Our Licensed Occupational Therapists will work closely with our patients to regain social, developmental, physical and emotional needs, in the comfort of their own home. Our therapists work with every patient as their daily companion, through thick and thin, until they have reached their body’s full potential.
Our therapists make it a point to study each individual closely to better understand and motivate them. This way the most potential can be gained by each individual. Our therapists do not allow you to give up on yourself.
Forever Young in-home occupational therapy program is developed with a careful and intensive plan of action to help each patient return to their daily life activities. Our therapists visit patients in their homes in Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Montgomery County.
Our in-home therapists work closely with your primary care physician keeping them up to date on progress as well as teaching family members helpful skills that can be used even when Forever Young therapists are no longer there. The in-home occupational therapy program is focused on returning an individual to meaningful activities of their daily life in spite of an impairment or limitation due to an illness or injury.
Working closely with individuals, our therapists help relearn self-care tasks such as dressing, feeding, grooming, bathing and much more. During this process, Forever Young Home Care Agency and our in-home occupational therapists become your companions as well as your caregivers. We take pride and honor in serving our community and clientele.
